Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days and you should receive the order no later than 8 working days no matter which delivery option you chose apart from the silver jewellery as this is hand made which means deliveries may take up to 8 working days from the date of purchase. For deliveries outside the UK please add 5-8 working days.
We may use the courier service we believe to be the most reliable and effective depending on your order. Because we rely on third parties to delivery your order, we cannot be held responsible for their reliability and accuracy.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable they will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped. Alternatively, we may refund you the cost of the products minus the delivery charge and administration fee.
Overseas orders can be sent via Airmail, Surface Mail or International Signed For. Please note that Surface Mail can take up to 28 days for an order to reach you.
On overseas orders we will collect proof of purchase from the Post Office to prove the order has been dispatched. However, if you do not receive the order, then we will enquire at the Post Office if any compensation can be claimed. If so, then this compensation will be forwarded to you or a replacement item will be sent (subject to availability). We cannot accept responsibility for lost items if they were sent unrecorded. Compensation can only be guaranteed if you choose the Signed For option during the checkout process.
We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy which means that if you are not happy with any products bought from this website, you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged.
